A premium WordPress/WooCommerce plugin implementing the EU directive requirement (Swedish prop. 2025/26:84, in force 19 June 2026) for a digital right-of-withdrawal function. Customers can review their order, withdraw a purchase online (logged-in via My Account or as a guest with email + order number), and immediately receive a receipt by email and optionally SMS (46elks/Twilio). Merchants manage cases from the WordPress admin with automatic deadline calculation (14 days standard, 30 days PEPP, 12 months + 14 days extended), status workflow, automatic order status on approval, and CSV export. Customer-facing flow available in English, Swedish, French, German, and Spanish. Requires WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 7.0+, PHP 8.0+. HPOS supported. Licensing and updates via Freemius; 14-day free trial without credit card; plans: Single (1 site, $149.99/year), Agency (multi-site, $289.99/year), Unlimited ($589.99/year), all with identical features.
